Organizational Change Strategy

Having a good idea is great. Having a plan to implement your idea is better. Having a strategy to execute that implementation is the best. The following strategic components outline how I will influence and execute my innovation plan. These components are imperative to bringing about the results I am looking for. Implementation of any change is virtually impossible without a self-differentiated leader who can cut through the noise of resistance and stay focused on the small steps that lead to desired outcomes. I am confident that individuals within the organization will connect with the ‘why’ behind my change strategy and join me in taking action to execute the journey to blended professional learning. As our CEO often says, “Execution eats strategy for breakfast.”

THE WHY

The Why sets the stage for the change my innovation plan is trying to bring about. It is key to engage the hearts and minds of our stakeholders. The why will help to jumpstart motivation for action and create a sense of urgency.

INFLUENCER STRATEGY

My Influencer Strategy focuses on identifying desired results, then outlining the vital behaviors that will lead to those results. It also highlights the six sources of influence to create change.
